To win the hearts and minds of the next generation, we showed them how technology and nature, together, can help them to grow and eat more sustainably in small urban spaces.

But Samsung couldn’t credibly do it alone - so we collaborated with Green Lab and Purezza to create the UK’s first ever urban-farm-to-table pizzeria.

The urban farm, built with Green Lab, included over 500 crops with conditions monitored and controlled by Samsung connected technology. Working with vegan partner Purezza and urban farm Green Labs, Project Plant gave visitors the chance to harvest their own toppings to whip up a personalised pizza on site.
